Browns Waste Unveils Our New CK International TR82-007 Baler We’ve recently installed a CK International TR82-007 Twin Ram Baler at our Llanelli depot and it’s already making a big difference in how we handle recycling.
Primarily used for cardboard, this heavy-duty machine isn’t limited to one material. It’s capable of compacting paper, plastics, and other dry recyclables, giving us more flexibility and efficiency in our recycling operations.
How It Works at Browns Here’s what happens once your recyclable waste arrives:
1️⃣ Collection & Sorting: Cardboard, plastics, and other recyclables are gathered from our commercial clients across South Wales. 2️⃣ Feeding the Baler: Material is loaded into the large hopper for processing. 3️⃣ High-Pressure Compression: The TR82-007’s twin ram hydraulics compact it into dense, uniform bales, each weighing between 500 -1000kg 4️⃣ Wire Tie & Eject – Using its automatic wire tie system (shown in the control panel above), bales are bound, ejected down the chute, and stacked ready for transport to certified recycling facilities.
